¡Hola hola!

Sarah Marie and Charlie here. It’s the final day of our Leader Orientation in Putney, Vermont, and we are so excited to travel with you this summer! Over the past few days, we have planned some unforgettable experiences that we look forward to sharing with you in Ecuador. We cannot wait to arrive in our home community, Turuco, just a couple of hours north of Quito. There, we will be collaborating on projects with locals and getting to know each other and the people who are hosting us. We envision there will be lots of lively discussions, laughter, and some valuable cultural exchange. We also cannot wait to explore the Galápagos Islands and to meet natives like the blue-footed booby, the marine iguana, and the Galápagos tortoise. Charlie will be heading down on June 21st to prepare for our arrival, while Sarah Marie will be eagerly waiting to meet everyone in the airport on the 28th.
